Start your day with breath-centered hatha yoga to stretch and energize. All levels welcome. $40 for 4 classes prepaid or $12 to drop in. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Qigong class with Ginnette Groome
Wednesdays 12 noon - 1pm
Qigong is a very gentle, but powerful Eastern form of exercise, thousands of years old. The slow and simple movements encourage the smooth flow of Qi (energy) and when practiced regularly, promotes longevity, decreases pain, alleviates stress and increases balance, strength and flexibility.
Adult Yoga with Gwir Huddleston Llewellyn
Mondays. 3:00 to 4:15 p.m
The cost is $54 for the 6 weeks or $11 per class for drop-ins.
Meditation with Jess Nelson
Third Thursday of the month from 6:15 pm -7:30 pm
This free meditation group will be offered by Jess Nelson, a Certified Insight Meditation teacher. Each month we will take some time to explore how meditation can help support us in our lives, practice together with a guided meditation, and have time to check in, ask questions, and connect with each other before we close. This offering is free and open to anyone, no experience necessary!
Herb Classes with Katherine Gekas

Katherine Gekas has been teaching classes on how to stay healthy with herbs for over 10 years. On the second Tuesday of each month, Katherine offers expert instruction on how to use herbs for a healthier lifestyle. Classes focus on a range of topics including brain health, respiratory health, seasonal remedies for cold and flu, and sleep health. Each participant will go home with resources for learning more, and with a sample of that month’s herbal remedy.
